With a vision and desire to grow God’s Kingdom the primary mission of Funding on Demand is to empower and equip missionaries and ministry entrepreneurs to be more effective in their Kingdom calling. Our passion is to give ministries the Freedom to Serve .
Who We Serve
- International and U.S.-based missionaries, including those with their own ministry organizations.
- Ministry Entrepreneurs who desire to focus on growing His kingdom and need marketing, communication and fundraising support.
- Missionary sending agencies interested in equipping their missionaries.
- Churches with significant fundraising needs for their global mission’s efforts, including short & long term mission’s in the field.
- 501(c)(3) parachurch organizations.
- Christian schools with similar needs, such as startup schools or capital campaigns.

Steve Kaloper
Founder and Managing Partner
Funding on Demand was founded by Steve Kaloper who with over 15 years experience in marketing, strategic relationship development and consulting in the not-for-profit ministry space is passionate about making an impact on God’s Kingdom. As Founder of FoD & DSG, Development Services Group, serving non-profit Christian organizations such as The Salvation Army, Elam Ministries, Arab Vision, Northrise University, Camp Highland, AVID, Priority Living - The Master's Program, Blue Print for Life, Art Within, North Fulton Community Charities, World Serve and various other Christian & Mission organizations with marketing and development strategy with fundraising goals in mind. For nearly four-years, served RZIM, Ravi Zacharias International Ministries as V.P. of Marketing & Development putting his calling to "cultivate strategic relationships for the purpose of growing God's kingdom” as well as serves on the Board for Relevate, influencing today’s cultural influencers. Steve, Shannon, and their four children reside in Alpharetta, Georgia. Steve’s desire is to live a life that is transparent, with integrity and illustrates an irresistible life-style for Christ as they together disciple, equip and empower their kids to become tomorrow’s cultural influencers. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the school of Social Ecology from the University of California Irvine.
Todd Albee
Principal and Founder
Leading the development of the Funding on Demand tools and technology is Todd Albee. An information technology consultant with fourteen years experience, Todd has delivered enterprise software solutions to over a dozen Fortune 500 clients, including InterContinental Hotels Group, BellSouth, Fortis, Delta Airlines, and Sun Microsystems. Todd is also co-founder of The Portico, a Christian ministry which began in 1999 as a residential study community where individuals could go to seek answers to honest questions about God.
Randy Walton
Principal, Director of Marketing
Randy Walton is a veteran business executive with experience in the financial and technology industries as a senior leader. As a consultant he has designed and implemented numerous business and marketing initiatives over the last fifteen years serving both traditional national and international business organizations as well as many leading non-profit and ministry organizations. Clients served include INJOY/Maximum Impact, North Point Ministries, Teen Pact National Leadership Schools, Stirred-Up Ministries, Cox Enterprises, AC Nielsen, NCR, ADP, Intellinet, Whirlpool, and Manheim. He has extensive experience in corporate strategic planning, operations management, marketing, technology operations, and business consulting.
Mark Howard
Principal, Director of Operations & Training
Mark is a consultant with Development Services Group and has been able to use his talents to serve and grow God's Kingdom by helping non-profits formulate integrated marketing and donor cultivation strategies. He has worked with both national and international non-profits whose scope includes evangelism, apologetics, church planting, cultural impact through the arts and media, high-adventure camps, training, educational program development, university education, humanitarian services, and more. Mark earned both his B.A. in Biblical Studies and a M.A. in Theology from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL. Mark also serves as an analyst with Kingdom Capital Group.
