Funding on Demand is both a tool and a team. On this site you can tour the tool as well as learn more about the team.
We use Funding on Demand ourselves, to reach and serve our customers. Our subscriber database, eLetters, online billing, and printing functions use the same tools you’ll be using. So you know we believe in what we’re doing.
Here’s how our team serves you:
Tool Support
You’ll probably meet part of our team during the process of becoming a subscriber. We offer regular sessions of phone-based training to get you up to speed – and we’re also available by email for rapid response to the questions that aren’t answered in our Help pages. This support comes included with your setup and monthly subscription fees – no extra charges.
Fulfillment
Many people want even more freedom to serve than they can get with a tool alone – they want someone to help them manage all or part of their fundraising and communications process. That's where our team can make a big difference; think of us as a virtual marketing and development support team for your ministry work. We actively manage the following activities for clients of all types and sizes:
- Managing the process for regular eLetters, website updates, and Print on Demand pieces. We send reminders, work with your team, and collect all the content
- Helping you write copy and manage layout for eLetters, website updates, and Print on Demand pieces
- Keeping your contacts database updated and synchronized
- Developing custom graphics and layouts for more complex eLetters, websites, and Print on Demand beyond the templates provided in the tool
We assign you an account representative, who acts as your point person for any "fulfillment" services you need.
You tell us which services you need. Based on frequency (for example, do you want to send eLetters monthly or quarterly?) and the volume of people in your Contacts database, you pay a flat monthly fee for fulfillment support. It's just another line item on your monthly statement, conveniently added to your subscription fee.
Consulting
Some missionaries, ministry entrepreneurs, and other not-for-profit organizations also partner with us for support and guidance in strategic planning, marketing and branding, major donor cultivation, and custom website development. These consulting services are provided by Development Services Group, (DSG) a company launched in early 2000 by the founder of Funding on Demand, Steve Kaloper. DSG’s clients receive world-class client service and significant increases in fundraising results, all with a Kingdom focus.
