Fees

The One-Time Setup Fee: Covers the costs for setting up your account and giving you access to four telephone training sessions. The setup fee will appear on your first account statement. This fee is waived if you sign-up before January 2007.

The Monthly Subscription Fee: This is the basic fee to access this tool. It includes access to all five tools (Contacts, eLetters, Website, Donations and Print on Demand), as well as online help and email support. The monthly subscription fee does not include transaction charges for online gift processing or print on demand services.

Fulfillment Service Fees: If you elect to have Funding on Demand team help do the actual work of marketing, communications, and development using the tool, fulfillment services are charged. Fulfillment services are priced based on your organization, the services you need and the size of your contacts database. We'll work with you to determine a flat monthly fee to cover these services.

Online Gift Processing Fees: Banks charge transaction fees to process online donations (or any other financial transaction), which we pass directly to you. If you elect to receive credit card donations, the credit card companies will also charge you a percentage of the donation, which they will deduct before depositing the money in your bank account.

Printing Fees: Each time you use Funding on Demand to create a print mailing, the costs of printing and postage are billed to your account. Your account will be billed the day your order is mailed.

FOD - Billing

How Billing Works

On a monthly basis we calculate the charges you've incurred in the previous month and will either bill the total to your credit card or execute an automated check against your bank account. You will be e-mailed a statement that will be attached to an E-Letter.
