Build and Synchronize Contacts

Contacts represent the life line of your ministry support efforts. FOD allows you to build your contacts database by importing your existing donor / contact file into our secure database. By importing your contacts periodically the interface will keep your contacts in sync and organized.

Categorize

Put power in your contact database by creating categories that can be used for targeted E-Letters and mailings. Identify relationships as prayer partners, board members, newsletter recipients and major donors. Use personal, targeted communication to reach specific categories, while making the most out of your resources. It is all under your control.

  • Send regular E- Letter communication and printed mail to all or part your database contacts.
  • Create automated "thank you" notes (E-Letters or print) for donations received.
  • Monitor the gifts you receive online, real-time, for each contact in the database.
  • Allow visitors to your website to add themselves to your contact database.
  • Manage your database by adding, changing, deleting and categorizing your contacts
